We were blown away by the excellent service at the Sheraton Grande Sukhumvit. From the moment we arrived, the staff were very good too make our stay really good. They were genuinely friendly and always ready to assist us with anything we needed. We especially appreciated their help in making reservations and getting taxis in the busy city.

The pool area was lovely, with shaded beds perfect for relaxation. the water was too cold for swimming.

The hotel is conveniently located near the new Chinatown station and the BTS Asok station, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with luxurious bedding. The bathroom is spacious and well-appointed. The service at the hotel is excellent, with friendly and attentive staff. The breakfast offers a wide variety of delicious options. the hotel provides a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The hotel facilities were excellent, including the amazing lush pool area where you forget that you are in the center of the city. The location was great, with easy access to everywhere. We were just a short walk away from the MTR and Terminal 21 shopping center. The breakfast was very good, and our room was comfortable with lovely linen. We highly recommend this hotel for its convenience and enjoyable stay.

I recently stayed in a luxurious hotel in Bangkok that exceeded all my expectations. The location was perfect, with easy access to Chinatown and opposite shopping malls. After a long day of exploring, I loved relaxing in the cozy ambiance of the hotel's tavern, enjoying a drink at the street bar. The room was spacious and immaculate, with a beautiful bathroom that felt like a spa retreat. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, from the friendly receptionists to the attentive poolside helpers. The buffet breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, including fresh fruit and pastries. I also appreciated the additional facilities such as the butler service and complimentary laundry service. It was truly a memorable stay.

This hotel exceeded my expectations with its luxurious amenities. the Spa centre was a highlight, offering a range of treatments to choose from. the pool area was also impressive, with sun loungers to relax on and a poolside snack bar for refreshments.

I experienced a minor issue with the bar/lounge area, as the service was slow during peak times. this did not detract from my overall positive experience at this hotel.

I had a fantastic stay at the Sheraton Grande Sukhumvit, A Luxury Collection Hotel. The location was perfect, right on Sukhumvit Road with easy access to the skytrain and subway. The hotel had a fine tropical pool, surrounded by lush landscaping. The room was comfortable and well-equipped, and I particularly loved the large walk-in closet and the amazing view from the higher floor. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of delicious options, and the lunch and dinner menus offered a great mix of Thai and international cuisine. The staff were friendly and helpful, making my stay more fun. I highly recommend this hotel for its convenient location, beautiful pool, and excellent amenities.
